The fish was spicy and tender. The ingredients were fresh and micro greens even had a light crunch. I rarely eat all the rice in a poke bowl; however the coconut rice was delicious. The sauces were not too heavy which I appreciate, I want to tansy my food not sauce. and of course the avocado was bright green and ripe.

The flavor explosion from three different dishes my party tried were awesome. Every dish had something different in the way of a flavor experience. I tried the Ahi Poké as an appetizer even that was superb. If the menu interests you at all definitely get by and try it you will not be sorry you might even try to find me to give me a hug for suggesting it.

You've got to check out this new fusion poke bowl restaurant close to LAX. Such a new concept and so many new fusion cuisines to try. I love the ambience of this place. Quick service and excellent staff and I see myself being a regular here. We tried the refreshing coconut water, the Ole and Casbah and an açaí bowl for desert.
